[Change in postprandial glycemia as affected by various carbohydrate-containing products in patients with type II diabetes mellitus]
Abstract
The postprandial glycaemic effect and glycaemic indexes of some dishes from cereals and grains were studied in patients with type II diabetes. The studied food had different glycaemic indexes. The need of testing traditional Russian food and dishes for patients with II type diabetes is discussed.
