Abstract
The treatment of drug addiction by methadone is questioned: there is a shift from "all of abstinence" to "all for risk limitation". There is a modification of the clinical relationship, due to specific resources allocated for methadone treatment, modifying also the connections between medicine, Public Health and Public Security.
