[Ways of reduction of mortality in femoral neck fractures]
Abstract
267 patients with fractures of the femoral neck were observed by the authors. A total mortality was 16.1%. In patients with medial fractures--12.2%, in trochanteric fractures--20.3%. Among patients operated upon during the first two days the mortaliity made 8.5%.
