1. Familiarize yourself with the vital resources in your community. 2. Assist individuals in focusing on "real life" and practical problem issues. Maintain a focus on recovery and rehabilitation issues. 3. Remember: longer-term vocational successes depend on individual choice, encouragement, and supports.
