Abstract

In this report we describe a case in which after subcutaneously calcium heparin injection, local inflammatory state with secondary calcification appeared. Our report confirms previous observations which suggest that in patients with chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia calcium salt heparin ought be avoided.
